Entertainment Lionel and Pee-Wee playing house?

With Pee-Wee Herman’s long-awaited comeback less than one week away — the former Pee-Wee's Playhouse host will begin a four-week run at Los Angeles' Club Nokia — all eyes are now on Colorado Springs Mayor Lionel Rivera.

Will our mayor — who has never actually been seen in the same room with Herman — be on "vacation” or “otherwise occupied” during the comedian's L.A. run? This latest controversy comes in the wake of accusations that Colorado Springs City Councilman Bernie Herpin is, in fact, Satan. (You can find Herpin's denial of the allegation here.)
