More than a month has passed since I wrote about Jason Horn, who got out of jail Nov. 12 and was struggling to find a job in spite of his felony record.
His story, however, hasn't changed: He's still looking.

He says he did get close at one point, getting three interviews at a medical billing company before they found out about his felony record and turned him away.
"They loved me until they got my background," he says.
For now, he's in a holding pattern, hoping that a cooking gig he's been waiting on for weeks will come through.
