Memorial Daze

Not a whole lot lined up for Red Rocks yet, apart from the obligatory Big Head Todd and String Cheese dates. (Exciting, I know.) But there is one new package show you might want to jump on when tickets go on sale this Saturday at 10 AM.

That would be the Memorial Day weekend “Bisco Inferno” date, featuring the Disco Biscuits, the Glitch Mob, Booka Shade, Pnuma Trio, Aeroplane and a deejay set from the Crystal Method.

After all, what better way to commemorate those who gave their lives for this country than to crack glow sticks, gobble ecstasy and party like it's 1989?

Just so you know, the Disco Biscuits' warmup dates at the Ogden and Boulder theaters sold out in a flash, so the Saturday night Red Rocks gig is likely to do the same.

Hardcore ravers can still drop $899 for a deluxe package that gets you and an accomplice into all three shows as well as hotel accommodations and shuttle service, which eliminates the need to recruit your own reality-based driver.

It's not something for everyone, to be sure, but quite possibly everything for someone. If that's you, get more info here.
