Hard on the heels of the signature of House Bill 1284 and Senate Bill 109 is this statement from Sensible Colorado's Brian Vicente to Westword:

Discussions are underway, and we're working to find the best plaintiffs and best legal strategies. We won't be sitting on our hands for too long.

The Denver weekly has previously reported on a 10-lawyer panel that "oiled the big guns Monday for its coming fight against sweeping marijuana legislation set to be signed by Governor Bill Ritter, urging an overflow crowd of medical pot entrepreneurs to remain vigilant as the state mounts an overhaul of the industry."
