You're wanting to find somewhere green
But you're stuck in the city machine
You think you'll turn left
But of hope, you're bereft
Because you've gone and run out of steam
But turn to your pants for the cure
(I'm not thinking of things less than pure)
So grab your iPhone and
With failure postponed
Your green hopes will most surely endure
Thank you, thank you! (Can you tell it's the end of the day?) This stirring rendition was inspired by Chronic Media's KushCall phone app that's now available for Colorado users. (Previously it was California only.)
A news release says that KushCall is "dedicated to being a mature and responsible service for the community, advocating an open and conscious discussion of the benefits and drawbacks of cannabis decriminalization. With a robust legal section, KushCall keeps users informed on state, local and federal legislation regarding cannabis."
Users can also expect a “dispensaries” section which, you'll be surprised to learn, provides listings of dispensaries, collectives and co-ops.
The dispensary guide is equipped with one-touch dialing and one-touch directions via Google Maps. Beyond a dispensary’s basic information, operators of dispensaries will have the opportunity to provide menus, prices, specials, photos and more. KushCall also contains a doctors guide, providing patients quick and convenient access to their nearest physicians specializing in medical cannabis.
