Jessica Sidman's work has appeared in publications like USA Today and the Dallas Morning News and her blog, The Frozen Fix: Cold Treats for the Culinary Adventurist, was recently featured in the Washington Post Express.
The blog mainly features recipes for creative ice creams and sorbets, such as a ginger sake and strawberry goat cheese ice cream and coconut basil sorbet. There's also a feature where you can suggest a flavor: Current submissions include a Craisin white chocolate orange zest maple-candied walnut ice cream; beet ice cream; bacon ice cream (Josh & John's has you beat on that); and Thai chili lime cashew sorbet.
