Food porn: Sophisticated ceviche

A new video on Motif's website reveals chef Andrew Darrigan's latest dish: ceviche.

The west side jazz bar is including scallops, calamari, shrimp, radish, celery, and citronette dressing, served with sourdough ficelle over dry ice.
