Local News Bruce not in contempt

A judge has decided that TABOR author Douglas Bruce will not be held in contempt of court, but the judge has ordered Bruce to answer questions about three government-crushing ballot initiatives he's tied to.

Unsurprisingly, Bruce doesn't want to talk. And so the saga continues ...
