If Let Us Vote COS is experiencing success or failure, nobody will know it until Dec. 15, when the group turns in its signatures to the Colorado Springs City Clerk's office.
As has been the case all along, group leader Steve Wind refuses to release any information concerning his totals.
"I’m not going to answer that question until we’re ready to turn them in to the City Clerk," Wind said today in a phone conversation. "No hesitation, just that it’s my information, and we’re going to keep it confidential."
When asked to respond to theories that a lack of information means low collection totals, WInd bristles.
"No, that’s not the case, OK? I don’t want it to be one way or the other. It’s just that it’s confidential until we turn the signatures in to the City Clerk," he said. "I hope you don’t make something of it that it’s not."
Asked if he would be releasing his fundraising totals, Wind replied, "Absolutely not."

What does it matter what Wind thinks, or those who follow his closed minded, oppressive mentality. The citizens of Colorado Springs are going to vote against banning MMJ Centers. Nobody has shown that MMJ use or sales have caused any harm.
People have, and will continue to use marijuana for medicinal, and recreational use.
How is this harming anyone else, aside from those who would maybe drive under the influence. Our fine police will continue to arrest anybody who is driving under the influence of any medication, alcohol, or herb that would impair the ability to drive safe.
We are not going to continue under this prohibition. Please take time to research the facts surrounding the prohibition.
