Local News NORAD's new hovercraft?

Is it a cloud? A spaceship? A cloudship?
Whatever it is, it hovered over Cheyenne Mountain, home of a backup station of the North American Aerospace Defense Command, whose headquarters now is at Peterson Air Force Base.
