Arts Wall Street Journal covers "Over the River"

The Wall Street Journal ran a great overview of the history and controversy surrounding Christo and the late Jeanne-Claude's "Over the River" project today. Kelly Crow's "Christo vs. Colorado" focuses on the project's opposition, with heated quotes from area residents and members of Rags Over the Arkansas River.
However, back when Christo and his team visited the Indy in July, they unanimously agreed that this wasn't the worst opposition they'd dealt with. Christo and Jeanne-Claude's well-documented fight for Central Park's "The Gates" lasted 26 years.

"Over the River" still remains in flux, with public comment toward the project's Environmental Impact Statement expiring in less than a week.
