Got a note from publicist Barry Grossman, wanting media to remind the public that the citizen panel studying city-owned Memorial Health System will finalize which models merit further consideration next week.

"Is there any way to get the information from the attached advisory placed in your publication's community calendar, blog or list of upcoming events?" Grossman asked.

No problem. Here it is:

Who: The Memorial Citizens’ Commission on Governance and Ownership
What: A meeting to finalize the pros and cons of the remaining models
When: Beginning at 5 p.m. Sept. 29
Where: Colorado Springs Police Station (Falcon District) located at 7850 Goddard St. (North Academy Blvd, to Kelly Johnson Blvd. to Goddard and near the Goodwill Service Center)
Why: As the Commissioners move closer to recommending an ownership and governance model for the future of Memorial Health System, attendees can observe and listen in on the deliberations as the Commissioners go through the pros and cons of the final two options under consideration.
