A citizens panel charged with recommending what to do with city-owned Memorial Health System hosts its second town hall meeting tomorrow.

The Memorial Citizens’ Commission, which is studying possible changes in governance and ownership, invites the public to have a say during a meeting from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the second-floor hearing room of the Pikes Peak Regional Development Center, 2880 International Circle.
The commission held a town hall meeting in early September and also has heard from the health care community, business people and a host of experts.
