Last week, I blogged on a yarn bombing at Bemis School of Art.
When I arrived at the office Sunday I was surprised (and excited) to find this:
Local artist Juanita Canzoneri had responded to my blog post with a "thank you bombing." Canzoneri uses a non-traditional material — video tape — in her art, and in this case, the video was Cinderella. (It's like little mice and birds came in the middle of the night and weaved a magical present...)

It's actually quite ingenious; I imagine video tape will hold up in the elements longer than yarn will. And you can be sure I'll be checking it out every morning when I arrive. You can too; here's a photo of its placement at the front of our building at 235 S. Nevada Ave.

If you want to keep an eye on Canzoneri's projects, visit her VideoKnitter blog here.
