Food & Drink Denver's Stranahan's Whiskey purchased

In case you missed the news late last week, Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey is in the process of being sold to a New York-based liquor distributor, according to this Westword post.
Prior to our evening at the Great American Beer Festival last month, Bryce Crawford and I were privy to a media tour of Stranahan's. Here are a few pics:

For anyone disturbed by this news, at least the buyer, Proximo Spirits, says, "We have no intention of changing anything."
