After all, admission to the show — 103.9 RXP's Xmas Ball, which will also feature Middle Class Rut and Terrible Things — is just five bucks and some canned food to benefit Care and Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado. And even if you're not a fan of the awfully clever, recently-turned-indie pop band, you've still gotta love that treadmill video, right?
So what's a jilted music lover to do? (Besides read our interview with the band, that is.)
Well, a little perseverance and a lotta luck could still pay off, since sponsor RXP will be doing periodic on-air giveaways between now and Dec. 11. In fact, IndyBlast's statistical analysis has determined that chances of winning are considerably higher than finding that Boardwalk game piece stuck to your Oreo McFlurry.
Or you could just watch this OK Go video over and over until you feel like Alex DeLarge at the end of A Clockwork Orange.
In any event, hats off to RXP, Stargazers, et al for getting a well-known act to lend a hand for a deserving cause.
