A glance at medical-marijuana-related sales tax numbers released today shows that Colorado Springs collected $56,782 for the month of November. For the year, the city has collected a total of $436,330.

November's collected amount represents a slight rebound from a small decrease the city saw last month: September's sales tax amount was $56,992, while October's sank slightly to $54,905.

For comparison purposes, Colorado Springs collected $13,542 for the same monthly time frame last year, and $73,504 for all of 2009.
