Theater Cirque du Soleil in the Springs — Part Four

We've got a look backstage at Cirque du Soleil's Alegría for you in today's Indy.
And this is the final installment of a blog series aimed at sharing some extra photos as well as the audio from my interviews with the show's cast and crew. Catch the first three segments at our blog: a look at the technical, costume and directing angles of staging the performance.
Today we hear from high bar acrobat Slava Petrakov, who essentially chose to join Cirque over continuing his training to represent Belarus at the Olympics. Petrakov talks about the art of timing, his schedule for training and what every audience member thinks about: falling.
