Martin, who was expected to enter the race, says she'll likely file paperwork tomorrow. She says she's looking forward to the chance to help ease the city into its new "strong mayor"' form of government, which voters approved in November.
“I did not support the issue, but it has passed, and it's here, and I actually see it as an opportunity for a fresh start for local government,” she says.
