Spare someone else's dollar for music education?

Want to make $12 an hour watching videos? OK, that could get kind of boring after a while. But there's no reason not to watch a five-minute clip to earn a dollar, especially when that dollar will be donated to an organization that teaches kids how to play music and feeds them while they're doing it.

The Roots of Music is a New Orleans-based program that's doing something about the music education void that's grown exponentially in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

You can learn more about the program — and donate a dollar of somebody else's money — by going here and watching a five-minute clip hosted by Raphael Saadiq.
