Food & Drink CRA Hospitality Expo and Chef's Gala this weekend

Quick reminders:
This Sunday brings both the CRA Pikes Peak Chapter Hospitality Expo at the Broadmoor's International Center from noon to 3 p.m. and the Colorado Springs Chorale's Chef's Gala in the Antler's Hilton's Heritage Ballroom from 5 to 8:30 p.m.

At the CRA event, I'll be cooking alongside TAPAteria culinarians Hilary McCandless Beard and former Indy writer Aaron Retka, in competition with nine other chef/media teams. Tickets to spectate and sample are $30, and benefit several local charitable and education organizations.
At the Chef's Gala, I'll simply be sampling and documenting the event as I've done in past years, photographing all the creative, beautiful dishes and returning with a roundup of the winners and some impressions. Look for that on our blog sometime Monday.
