Morse cleared

Colorado Springs Sen. John Morse is officially not not ethical. Read about it at the Denver Post.

A special committee unanimously voted today to dismiss an ethics complaint filed against Senate Majority Leader John Morse over per diem, but said vague and ambiguous rules need to be tightened.

Certain members of leadership are eligible to charge $99 per day for duties performed during the off session.
