Now comes word that you'll be able to watch streaming video of Arcade Fire, Irma Thomas, Wilco, Allen Toussaint, George Porter, Cowboy Mouth, Galactic, the Nevilles and other second-weekend headliners as they perform live this Saturday and Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. each evening.
Having caught some of last month's Coachella Festival online, I can vouch for the fact that concert webcasts — while no substitute for being there — definitely capture some of the excitement.
So head over here to bookmark the site, then get set to hear some of New Orleans' (and the world's) best music up close and personal.
