If you want to join the El Paso County's big wheels as they tour parts of the county, here's your chance.
On Wednesday, June 15, commissioners will see the sights during their "Work Session on Wheels."
The bus will swing through northern El Paso County to check up on several transportation projects, among them Chipita Park Road, the Struthers detention pond, Monument Hill Road, Beacon Lite Road, Roller Coaster and Baptist roads, Falcon Station and Marksheffel Road (north and south).
There will be additional points of interest along the tour, which ends no later than 12:30 p.m. Light refreshments and box lunches will be provided on the bus.
Bus seating is limited, so reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting Pamela Podhirny at 520-6812 or PamelaPodhirny@elpasoco.com. The reservation deadline is noon Thursday, June 9.
