
We've extensively covered the efforts of advocate Kathleen Chippi and her Patient and Caregiver Rights Litigation Project to overturn portions of two previous medical marijuana bills passed by the state of Colorado. Initially, she attempted to have the state Supreme Court hear the case, but she was forced to start at the bottom when that request was denied.
