Free concert Wednesday night: Six pianist are better than one

It's been suggested that piano players rarely ever play together, which in fact was the title of a totally great documentary that brought together three legendary New Orleans piano players (Professor Longhair, Tuts Washington and Allen Toussaint) to do just that.

What's rarer still is getting half a dozen pianists playing simultaneously. For that, you'll have to make your way over to CC's Packard Hall tonight at 7:30 to see London's Piano Circus perform pieces by Steve Reich and other mostly minimalist composers.

The group will also be joined by Colorado Springs' own Stephen Scott and his Bowed Piano Ensemble. Find more details here as well as a video below.
