Local boy hits FOX primetime tonight

Fans of FOX's primetime show Bones will already be aware of its spin-off series, The Finder, debuting at 8 tonight.

But what fans (and those who haven't ever heard of Bones) might not know, is the lead in The Finder is a local guy done good.

We spoke with Geoff Stults, the actor who grew up in Cascade and attended Manitou Springs High School, back in 2007, when he had a role on October Road.

Now in The Finder, Stults plays Walter Sherman, an Iraq war veteran who was hit by an improvised explosive device, "resulting in severe brain damage with a lasting and unexpected effect."

You can read a bit more in Entertainment Weekly's post today, talking with Stults about taking his shirt off, bromances and tight pants — and, if you get all the way to end of the article, the slightly more important research into PTSD for his role.
