Food & Drink Chef Jay Gust to join TAPAteria

If you missed our tweets about it yesterday — follow us @csindependent for breaking news — chef Jay Gust of longtime Ritz Grill repute will soon take over as head chef and GM at TAPAteria.
Gust will leave his current post at Maxi's Restaurant and Lounge at the DoubleTree Hotel - World Arena after this week, and start at TAPAteria on March 1.
For this week's upcoming Side Dish column, I've spoken to both Gust and TAPAteria owner Dave Brackett about the move, and Gust's plans for the spot.
