Food & Drink Great Storm Brewing ready to open

If your memory is capable of taking you all the way back to last October (lucky), then you will recall our Side Dish roundup of soon-to-open breweries, including Great Storm Brewing.
Well, I just received correspondence from co-owner Lynn Jacobs that she and her husband (and the outfit's brewer) Jeff plan to open on Saturday, March 24.
That grand opening will feature $1 off pints from 6 to 8 p.m., paired with free food while it lasts. After that, it'll offer strictly pretzel service with brews.
Jeff has prepared eight house beers for his taps, including his oatmeal-rum-raisin stout.
The brewery will be open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
