Dental work has the dubious distinction of being both highly unpleasant and very expensive.
But wait, there's good news — well, at least on the "very expensive" front. IntelliTec Medical Institute is hosting a Smile Clinic in June that offers kids cleaning, x-rays and checkups for $20. It's a heck of a deal, and you'll want to jump on it quickly. Appointments are needed; information is listed below.
Now isn't that something to smile about?
IntelliTec Medical Institute to host low-cost dental clinic for children
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (May 21, 2012) – IntelliTec Medical Institute (IMI) will host a low-cost dental clinic, named the Smile Clinic, for children in the Colorado Springs community and surrounding areas on June 8 and 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For $20, children ages 4-13 will receive X-rays, cleanings and exams at IMI’s campus, located at 6805 Corporate Drive, Colorado Springs, Colo., in the Tiffany Square shopping center. Appointments are required.
"The Smile Clinic is our way of giving back to our local community,” said Todd Matthews, campus director for IMI. “We feel by providing these services to our community, we are helping the children learn good oral hygiene for life!"
Campus tours and one-on-one career planning sessions will be available during the clinic. Matthews will also be conducting a complimentary workshop entitled “Winning Big” on Friday, June 8, from 9 a.m. – noon. Seating is limited. To register, please contact Matthews at 719-219-1282 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
In January, IMI relocated to the Tiffany Square mall along Interstate 25. The new location is almost twice as large as IMI’s previous location, spanning more than 40,000 square feet, and supports plans for enrollment growth and future academic program expansion. The building features a brand-new dental suite, massage suites that are open to the public, and a career services center to help students and graduates apply for careers in the healthcare industry.
For more information about the Smile Clinic or to schedule an appointment, please call 719-219-1325 or email email@example.com.
