Envisioning Peak Public Market

A few weeks ago, Matthew Schniper reported rumblings of what could become Peak Public Market, "a hub for local growers, brewers, roasters, artists and even cheese-makers, anchored by food stalls and perhaps a Ranch Foods Direct market extension."

Spearheaded by RFD proprietor Mike Callicrate, with the help of Chris Jenkins and Dave Anderson, Peak Public Market would spring from the vacant Crissy Fowler Lumber building downtown. The team also envisions possible lofts, community gardens and a line to America the Beautiful Park.

The market is still many big decisions away from realization, yet they now have renderings of their plan from Bobby Hill Designs, LLC. Take a look:
