Food & Drink Mobile meat processing, Year 3

Ranch Food Direct's Mike Callicrate first brought us a true taste of farm-to-table in November 2010, when he trucked his mobile slaughter unit to Venetucci Farm for a live slaughter demonstration.
I posted a slideshow of the demo here; mind the blood.
The unit returned last year around this time, and now, for a third consecutive year, the beef company will come to the farm to educate consumers.
