Math quiz: What's one-quarter Creating a Newsense, one-half Haunted Windchimes, and one-quarter Broken Spoke?
If you answered "this week's most contrived IndyBlog opening," you're only half-right. It also adds up to Joe Johnson & the Pueblo Three, who'll be making their debut this coming Friday at the Townhouse in Manitou.
The band features Creating a Newsense singer-songwriter Johnson accompanied by Windchimes frontman Inaiah Lujan and bassist Sean Fanning, plus Broken Spoke multi-instrumentalist Josh Desmidt. And while it may not be quite as historic as that Newsense reuion a couple months ago, it's still guaranteed to be worth catching.
