Downtown Partnership seeks new leader

Following the abrupt exit of executive director Ron Butlin in late October, downtown's most important advocacy group is seeking a new leader.

The Downtown Partnership issued the following press release:

Downtown Partnership posts chief executive officer job

The Downtown Partnership is seeking a chief executive officer and has posted the job description and qualifications on its website.

Interested candidates may submit cover letter, resume and references to Kimberley@thirdsectorgroup.com until Jan. 18. A search committee of board and community members hopes to select the CEO by March 1.

About the Downtown Partnership
The Downtown Partnership is dedicated to building and sustaining a thriving downtown Colorado Springs, and serves as both a membership organization and the umbrella for three quasi-governmental entities: the Greater Downtown Colorado Springs Business Improvement District, Colorado Springs Downtown Development Authority and Colorado Springs Community Ventures, Inc. The Partnership provides contracted services to advance key priorities important to the region and creates and implements programs important to downtown merchants, residents and visitors.
