Food & Drink Rock Bottom to rock chicken and waffles

Yes, Rock Bottom is a chain that's in 17 states, and I rarely report on chains — favoring independent eateries.
But I've always respected that the chain has employed local brewers who get a little leeway to personalize their respective locations.
Guys like Jason Leeman, as seen here at this past year's All Colorado Beer Festival:
Leeman however has brewed the same Double IPA that releases today across Rock Bottom locations nationwide.
That's in tandem with a new Chipotle Pineapple Margarita featuring Herradura silver tequila, agave nectar, lime juice and chipotle pineapple.
Both drinks are suggested pairings with a limited-time (through Feb. 13) chicken and waffles dish, which I must concede is creatively presented in a basket with waffle fries and chicken pieces stuffed into savory waffle cones — à la an ice cream cone. The chicken is also doused in a chipotle-agave nectar.
