The Ivywild School
is already open and buzzing, but it wouldn't do to go without any kind of opening celebrations. And since the School doesn't do anything half way, only a weekend would do it justice. The party is set for Aug. 16 and 17, and will include ongoing "demonstrations of artisans at work", building tours, live music and more.
If you haven't been already, get yourself acquainted with the ambitions project by reading our cover story here
Some details are still up in the air, but for now, this is what the schedule looks like:

on the Bristol Brewing Co. patio, a cake reception in the gym, a cookie decorating station at Old School Bakery and coffee siphoning demos at the Principal's Office.

But wait, there's more!

(read more about it here
), will host its grand-opening open house
starting at 2 p.m., with an ice cream social from Pikes Peak Chocolate and Ice Cream and intermittent performances by MoonHoney
