Flash flood warning once again in effect

The Colorado Springs Police Department is reporting on Facebook that due to flooding on Highway 24, the Colorado State Patrol has closed both west- and eastbound 24 between Cascade and Cave of the Winds.

Warning sirens have been reported to be going off in Manitou Springs, and there have been multiple reports of individuals receiving emergency alerts stating that a flash flood warning is in effect until 5:30 p.m.
