Our little pod of downtown food trucks, which we initially reviewed here, is looking to better utilize the space at the corner of Nevada and Platte avenues, and has launched an Indiegogo campaign seeking $5,400.

"As cold weather approaches, we're opening our garage doors for dining in the bays," reads the campaign. "Inside the bays, we'll raise the car lifts to table heights and create round tables for community dining. We'll borrow a page from Chipotle and use corrugated sheet metal and plywood to create a clean and durable interior space."

The donated money will go to "building a wall along the entire inside edge of the building that will cover wires and other hazards to keep clients away from inner workings of the bay," on which a bar will be mounted.

Perks for donating range from a "Social Media Shoutout!" ($1) to your name on a plaque ($300).
