The end of summer can be a drag for kids — and an absolute punishment for their parents' wallets.
There are backpacks, notebooks, and pencils to be purchased. And new outfits and shoes are generally expected. A child may need an instrument, supplies, or a new uniform to participate in after school clubs or sports. And a lot of times, kids also need to undergo a physical
with a family doctor in order to qualify for sports teams.

Penrose-St. Francis Offers Free Back to School Physicals
Colorado Springs, Colo. – Penrose-St. Francis Health Services will provide free Back to School and Sports Physicals at the Mercy’s Gate Healthy Family Back to School Event. Physicals are available to children ages 4-18 years old.

To schedule an appointment, call 211. Limited walk-ins will be accepted.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please bring immunization records.
