What a crock of @$%! I am a conservative activist and I oppose the bill, not because I "despise gays," rather civil unions/marriage/gay-marriage has no place in governement. This is a personal choice and a matter for the church, not government. I have a lot of gay friends, one who I have known most of my life and whom I respect and care for immensely. Rights should not be limited or decided upon based on mariatal status. Government needs to stop creating revenue streams and interferring with personal liberites. Although I choose traditional Biblical family values, it is neither my place, the electorate's place, or that of government to dictate such of others.

@Jan, you are missing nothing. This liberal paper has falsely labeled Looper in favor of crony Amy Stevenson, who has been bought and paid for by the left and special interest benefiting from Amycare. Anybody can see it for themselves. It's right there in Tracer. What a hatchet job. Shame on Chet for writing such garbage.
