If you want to TRULY build a safer colorado, BAN ALCOHOL! Nobody ever got sent to jail for smoking and driving (unless the police were after them for other reasons) Nobody ever got in a bar fight and beat up your father/brother/son after smoking a joint. Nobody ever smoked a joint, went home, and beat the tar out of their wife after smoking a joint. In fact, many people have been able to lessen their stress, engage in controlled, non-violent behaviour, and had very fulfilling lives while smoking marijuana.....IN MODERATION.......just like anything else.
