Low Energy Streetlights are really exquisite and cost effective - particularly for a city forecast to have flat revenues for the next decade; partially due to no real job creation. Storm Water control will certainly be a demanding project. If you would care to participate in our Storm Water Survey with your responses and comments, please feel free to sign up - this is a 'grass-roots' effort and the Annual Survey on Trust and Confidence in Local Government will be on-line in August. Thank you.
