I'll try to refrain from making any Johnny-Five jokes while I write this, but I can't make any promises. (Did you know that he's got a fan-built website?) Ahem — Colorado Short Circuit #3 will take place at 6:30 tonight at the Lon Chaney Theater (221 E. Kiowa St., ifsoc.org) and it has nothing at all to do with Steve Guttenberg or a sentient robot. It is, in fact, an invitational short film series spotlighting local and international talent, perhaps best remembered for Nos. 1 and 2, which took place in January and June of this year. Admission is again free. — Matthew Schniper
