La Casita is the love child of a Taco Bell and your favorite Mexican hole in the wall. It has the garish pink paint and rainbow awnings, and it has a drive-through. It offers a whole bar of homemade salsa and bean burritos for $1.19. La Casita will sell you a taco, or cater a party. Yes, it's affordable. Yes, it's fast.
