Old Colorado City Historical Society 16th annual Holiday B&B Tour

Who knew there was such a thing as the National B&B Open House Week? We certainly didn't, but Old Colorado City celebrates it with something special: the local historical society's 16th annual Holiday Bed & Breakfast Tour. If strolling around eight cozy historic inns all prettied up for the holidays is your cup of tea (or your scone, or your chintz armchair), be at the Old Colorado City History Center (1 S. 24th St.) by 1 p.m. The event runs until 5 and includes an open house, with refreshments and a gift drawing, at the center. Ticket proceeds ($12/adv, $15/day-of) benefit the historical society — call 636-1225 to order. — Claire Swinford
