Monday-Saturday, May 16-21: Homebrew contest. Bring two bottles of each entry, any style, to the tap room during regular business hours. The staff will taste all entries and choose a favorite. The winner will get to brew his or her beer on GSB's system (with professional GSB brewing assistance) and have it on tap at the brewery. Every entrant will receive feedback. "Take a tour with the brewer night," 6-8 p.m. Take a brew tour, ask about craft beer, see the equipment up close, get a few homebrew questions answered or just have a bite to eat and a cold beer.

"Flight Night". Choose any four five-ounce beer samples from the menu, and save 10 percent. Order another four choices, save another 20 percent.

— "Special barrel aged beer release," 7 p.m. Staff will select a special beer for tapping. Offerings include half pints and full pints; 32-ounce and 64-ounce growlers; and 32-ounce Crowler cans to go.
