All the fun of going there is gone, gone, gone. They immediately get your name written down off your ID due to shoplifters. Or take your ID if you protest... whichever you prefer...either way, you are a criminal the minute you walk in. If you're a little shy, don't go in the door. Hubby and I will be shopping online in a different company. One lady there is super nice, the other not so much. No bathroom access and continuously on surveillance ... No thanks. Treating those willing to spend $$$ like that will sink any store... Fast.

same manager as the one I had as a sales lady down south. Didnt remember me.. and once again tried to upsell me with bad advice and product.. they have some nice stuff but their upper end line of product is a little over price considering the product reviews.. and her knowledge is still more to be desired.. could be a great place but back off on the pressure sales.. I dont need someone breathing down my neck for a sale.

This store could be great.. but it is not!!! The staff is a bunch of women that pretend to know the product.. But to be real, they don't know anything.. The manager was running the show and tried to up sell me like a used car sales person. That wouldn't of been so bad but she tried to sell me a cock pump with out a gauge that was more expensive and cheaper quality than the one I picked out with a gauge.. If this is what they call well trained then they are going to hurt someone from lack off or misrepresented knowledge. no stars for this manager.. She wears glasses and works at both stores. very rude..

I first came to The Townhouse to hear Neighborhood Bully play and let me tell you...it was very energetic, lively, and crowd pleasing. The staff is awesome, fast... they have this ship well oiled. Now I go each time the Bullies play because I love to dance, let my hair down and cut up with friends. Townhouse is a place just for that!

Ever since ownership changed, this place has been awful. The food and drinks are over priced and not to mention my wife got sick from the dessert. If you're really looking for a good sports bar to go to before the Sox game, go to Holy Cow, they're food is hotter, beer is colder and staff is prettier!

Jp Wellness Center is my first and last choice in town hands down. Huge selection of meds all top shelf quality in my opinion.
