This brand new venue has huge potential! We LOVED the food - it is exceptional....the bernaise sauce on the Steak Tapas was among the best I've had. The salmon is a generous portion perfectly cooked in a ponzo sauce over spinach. We also tried the special which was a perfectly cooked Halibut. It is sooo rare to find a restaurant that understands how to prepare fresh fish in Colorado. While this is clearly not "fast food", but rather "made to order real food", we find the service warm and friendly and the atmosphere and music make for a pleasant wait. The perfect dry martini didn't hurt either. The Creme de Brulee was also the best I've had.....rich and creamy, yet light with a hint of cardemom and ginger! They also cater to the "Gluten Free" diners.... We hope they are so busy that they will expand service to weekdays or lunch as well.

Nosh's lunch menu was updated since the last time I had visited and it took me twice as long to order as I wanted to try EVERYTHING. I settled on a cup of squash and apple soup (although their new option for a soup trio was tempting) and their Brussel Sprouts with polenta, candied lemon zest, manchego and a Korean sauce/condiment called Kochujang. I was not disappointed. The soup, especially, was divine... the brussel sprout dish a nice mix of sweet and savory and good textures. Unfortunately we were too full to try dessert so no report there.

On my 'to try next' list: the roasted cauliflower plate with garlic, miso and caramelized onion and the chicken pistou sandwich. GREAT service - especially if you get Aspen.

They have a GREAT Sunday Brunch with room after room of buffet-style everything you could possibly want. There is also a custom omelet station and a place where they make fresh waffles and bananas foster to order. Oh, did I mention the all-you-can-drink Mimosas??? The patio is awesome with beautiful views. This is really the place to go for Sunday Brunch. :)

What a great dining experience, best I have had in years.
The staff was friendly and entertaining, not to mention the food was great, the table side preparation was a treat that you don't see very often. The spinach salad that is prepared at your table is to die for.
We were staying at The Broadmoor and was very disappointed in the level of service at the restaurants, that was not the case with Joseph's.
We liked Joseph's so much that we returned a second time and everything was just as good as the first visit.
I highly recommend this place. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, this place is great.

Its my favorite place in the Springs. It has history, charm, romance, great food, great service, an amazing setting, the best patio in the Springs, its elegant but casual at the same time and affordable especially since they stopped doing that ALA CARTE thing that pads the bill, complete meals for less than 20 bucks!

Great food, great service, and an owner that makes sure that everyone feels welcome.
We (the wife and I) travel a lot and eat out all of the time...we often find ourselves comparing every restaurant to Carlos' Bistro.
If you haven't tried it, DO...you'll like it and be back.

Carlos' Bistro is a very popular restaurant on the west side of town. Very nice, very upscale, and yes, rather expensive, but worth it. This is a good place to impress a date or out of town visitors, or just reward yourself. And yes, Carlos is always there to make sure you enjoy your meal and that everything is perfect.

I have loved Adam's since it was in the tiny little spot Mona Lisa now inhabits. I spent many Saturday mornings in front of a turkey burrito and sherry potatos at the community table making small talk with other locals in my teenage years. As they have grown in size, with their two later incarnations, they have continued to provide excellent service, superb, fresh and healthy food, without relinquishing that big table and the homey community feeling.

To me, Adam's is a place to go to eat and celebrate friends. Whether it's breakfast or lunch, I love sitting there with an endless cup of coffee, truly unique food options and gossiping with a good girlfriend (or 4!) A fun place to stop after an early morning hike in Manitou or to take a long lunch and share dessert! A small town, eclectic Colorado feel and flavors that delight. Nothing on the menu has disappointed but it's often hard to stray from my first favorites to even get to try anything else!

I can't get enough of Adam's Mountain Café. Sunday brunch means a tough decision between Orange Almond French Toast and Whole Grain Pancakes. At lunch I often pick the Rural Italian Lasagna. And for dinner? I try not to fill up on the Crostini with Figs and Pears app before selecting another veggie-heavy dish. Yum. Oh, and don't forget to order the Seattle Orange Spice House Tea--hot or cold, it completes the meal.

My experience was exquisite and I hope to repeat it. I was there Nov. 20 and whomever was "in the kitchen" rocked! Scallops! omg...The ambience is rich and the bill proves it. <3 the place for a nice date

All I can say is LOVED IT!!!!!! The fried duck wings are excellent. Also the stuffed artichoke. Love the ribs!!! You have to check it out, You will not be disapointed.

Hiring the new chef and snagging Nate as a bartender were excellent decisions. The late night menu needs work and the staff are okay, but not brilliant. More training and a little more panache would go a long way. It's Blue Star, not Jose Muldoons and I expect the staff to live up to a higher standard. All that said, it's good value, the best martini in town, and a wine list that compels a second look.

Loved the food - truffle coated french fries, tempura fried bacon, tasty shrimps all with nice dipping sauces. The music was outstanding and the place was comfortable with an elegant, upscale vibe. Only complaint was the noise level in the room - lots of hard reflective surfaces and chatty youngsters.

They just added a wonderful appetizer of purple rice and bean looked like a sushi roll but was instead a stack..... loved it. . . service was top notch. Asked for a wine selection and it was perfect. Really enjoyed the meal. Recommend it highly.

I love dropping by Garden of the Gods Gourmet for the samples they always have out and about. Their sandwiches are delicious and I've enjoyed many of their take-and-bake items as well. The only thing I wish they'd do is add natural/organic/grass-fed beef/poultry/etc. to their dishes. Any added cost would definitely be worth it.
