I must say it was quite unfriendly, over price, and tiny salads. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and 2 house salads(the size of a big mac box) with very little on it... for 20 bucks! Need I say more.
Praise the Lord, and pass the pepto
good pizza and i love the $11 18" special
vikisgarden5 - you could pick up the phone and call them. Just saying...

Try after 5 pm.
I just want to know what their hours are so I can go??
Everything about this place from ice cold beer to great sausage is world class.
Get there early...even the huge parking lot fills up let alone the 14 tables....but absolutely delicious....a simply read menu, that has within it everything you can imagine. The staff is friendly and hard at work...the pizza is the best.
Love their pizza but BEWARE, their location on North Academy has closed, it still takes phone calls but they are redirected to their Powers location, which THEY DO NOT TELL YOU, and you end up DRIVING AN HOUR to get the pizza. Will never be their customer again!
I agree w/ the above ratings, The Barnes location recently re-opened due to a kitchen fire, and since then, the pizza bites. I once loved them especially when I requested they over cook it by 5 mins, making the outside crust dark and crispy, but Yuck to them now. They should have tried to save the seasoned oven, the new one does nothing for the taste. JMHO.
Awful...had to take my pizza back and cook it myself
If I could possibly rate them lower, believe me, I would. You know, for New York style pizza, they used to be alright. They also used to have tolerable prices. But, I made the mistake of listening to my loving wife and ordered 2 pizzas from them last night. A cheese and their Chicken Hot Wing pizza. Just the Chicken one was $20 alone!!!!! And believe me when I say that it wasn't worth it... It was thinner than paper. Barely any toppings and the crust was so dense that I had to take a break because my jaw was tired. It was ridiculous. They charge $14 for just a cheese pizza!!!!! Come on!!!!!! Then to top it off, gouge me with a $2.50 for delivery? Man..... I wish I could roll back time and make a better decision.
DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! Go with Blackjack Pizza. They have changed so dramatically that I am amazed. Great flavor, super prices, and I always have plenty of leftovers. We had none with Borriello's paper thin pizza.

From Brooklyn, have been searching for great NY Style pizza and this is it! The crust, the sauce, the high quality of the toppings...all of it is great. I can't wait to go back!
Always the best best. great food great prices cheese bread is to die for.
Great NY style pizza from the crust to the toppings, all are a step above the other NY Pizza joints such as Leon Gessi or B. brothers. When they get busy, orders can take longer than normal but it's well worth the wait. If something is not right with your order, Joey is quick to make it right. It is my favorite pizza shop. The calzones, wings, subs and garlic knots are excellent as well. I definitely recommend them.
This Pizza WAS awesome, But no longer is very good.
Borriello Brothers Pizza used to be my favorite. I moved to the Springs from Upstate NY where NY Style pizza abounds. It's just something about the crust and sauce that makes it so good.
When Borriello Brothers first arrived in town there was not a location near our home so I used to drive out of my way downtown to pick up pies at their only location. I would have driven just about anywhere for this pizza. That was back in 2009 I believe.
Unfortunately the last two times we have ordered pizza, the latest being Dec 3, 2011 it just wasn't the same. The crust is rubbery now. Not sure I'll ever go there again since it is not the great pizza it used to be. The last two pizzas that weren't very good came from the Centennial location. I'm not sure if it is the ovens or downgrade in ingredients but the pizza is no longer to die for. I may go... more »Note the dates of the reviews. The older reviews are much better than the recent reviews. Used to be great but not worth the money any longer.

Similar to Amanda's Fonda that we used to love... until they increased the size of the restaurant and lost the specialness of the food. The homemade chips were to die for but now they are no different than low grade chips you can get at the grocery store. It just seems as restaurants grow quality declines unfortunately.
Poor Richards still has great pizza, which trumps Borriello Brothers now. And Il Vicino Wood-Oven Pizza are also very good but not NY style.
The real deal neighborhood Italian place to eat...simply, delicious, at the right price!
Always good food at a good price every time we go there. It's small, get there right at 5PM when they open to get a seat. Their house wine is sold by the full Liter, in a carafe, not the overpriced 750ML bottles found in other eateries.
Re: “Ruffrano's Hell's Kitchen Pizza”
Relax...it is not meant to a five star eatery...it is a bring your own beer pizza place, with the best pizza in El Paso County.
I think it is fun and funky...but if you drop the attitude, so do the people there, who I have always found friendly, talkative, and helpful.
