We strive to please you every day!
Out of the hotel control but just an FYI. Check the schedule of the performing arts complex on Santa Fe. During the summer they have outdoor concerts in their stage and you can hear EVERYTHING from the hotel. It started about 6:00 on Friday night and was supposed to end, the music did not stop until 1:00am!!! I was pissed and if it wants so late we would have been asked to be moved. I'm from Denver and if a concert is to end a specific time it ends or the police get involved! Please be considerate to those in the area who are not attending your music events and staying at the hotels, trying to get a nights sleep! My poor son woke up with bags under his eyes! I would expects more from a cultural events center!
Sad that Stacy's experience was so negative. Ours was an amazing one. This theater hosted a summertime workshop for kids this year (and I've heard they've done this in the past too). The low cost of the workshop - $20 - was completely manageable as it gave my son (14) his first taste of being in a play. They're very patient with the kids and worked with them for 9 days 1-5 pm to put together an original play. The building looks to be the original with very little remodeling to preserve its historical appearance. This theater and it's staff are one of Pueblo's treasures. We look forward to coming back for scheduled shows later in the year.
This is the best theater offering in town - every show a gem and never a worry about the quality! Murray - you & Drew do great work! We look forward to every show, every season!
Got the best in theater last year for a reason. Check it out. This it the only real theater in Pueble. I love it.
This is the worst "theatre" I have ever witnessed!
Awesome show! LOVED it! A group of women and our token man went to see this - FUN!
READ THIS FIRST BEFORE WASTING A DIME! - Boy is the Indy right on this one! The food was the worst I have possibly ever eaten in my 39 native years here! I would honestly compare it to the food you would get at Furr's Cafeteria, Elementry School Cafeteria food or even grub off the back of a wagon heading down the Oregon Trail!
The chicken was soggy, small, too much squishy breading. In fact everything was wet and soggy, like it had been in a flooded kitchen except the hockey puck rolls that were donated by the CC Tigers!. The floor was old carpet which didnt look like it had been replaced OR vacuumed in many moons. The whole place needs, a new chef, carpet and a paint job! The wait staff were very blank, with a care-less type attitude. They know the food sucks - hey what are they gonna do about it?
Unfortunatly the food is the opening act, then ticketholders gravitate upstairs after that awful dinner to an excellent show with very talented actors. Too bad the Old Palace Hotel that performed the melodramas in Cripple Creek isnt open for shows and food. The food was much better, as you could get a reasonably priced hamburger and fries, beer and wine.
I wont go again, thats for sure. I wish the Indy would please post a guide to the WORST RESTAURANTS, to spend hard earned and now scarce money on! That would be much more helpful>
Many would agree, Im sure! - Then the places with the worst food, uncleanliness can go out of business for the good of the food industry!
Thank You :)
Re: “Pikes Peak Center”
Intimate venue for shows and a great place to see your friends. I saw Jackson Brown there in November standing room only, though I had great seats if not a little too close to the double doors, but near the stage.
The bar is open and life is good. Great place to attend any event!
